My experience with h&r block was very very good. I will either get my taxes done for free next year going through AARP. Or if I cannot get an appointment my last resort would be to go to h&r block. However they are very very knowledgeable I will say that
H&R Block is the very best tax preparation experts there are out there. We have been a customer for well over 20 years and would never think of trusting anyone else. The specialist we have grown to not only respect her abilities and expertise but we have become friends as well. H&R Block should be proud of the great people in their employ. Very bad experience. Getting different answers from several people on electronic issue with return. Agent who did our return won't be back for three days. It seems that no one is in charge or capable of doing anything to help. Spent three hours already and all I get is a run around job - call corporate, wait for your agent to return, your return is waiting for a signature you can do from home - no you can't, return is really waiting for review. What a dilemma!
