Really happy with how nice they all were when I amended my tax return. Jennifer was great to work with in particular, she was very kind and knowledgeable. I'm definitely going to be filing my taxes with them from now on!
My experience with h&r block was very very good. I will either get my taxes done for free next year going through AARP. Or if I cannot get an appointment my last resort would be to go to h&r block. However they are very very knowledgeable I will say that
H&R Block is the very best tax preparation experts there are out there. We have been a customer for well over 20 years and would never think of trusting anyone else. Very bad experience. Getting different answers from several people on electronic issue with return. Agent who did our return won't be back for three days. It seems that no one is in charge or capable of doing anything to help. Spent three hours already and all I get is a run around job - call corporate, wait for your agent to return, your return is waiting for a signature you can do from home - no you can't, return is really waiting for review. What a dilemma!
