Pam is extremely knowledgeable and competent .
Not a good experience at all. Not very responsuive to inquiry and do not return phone calls at stated times. Misinformation that was given has lead to a late tax fee for my business. Will look for business services elsewhere that more professional have a higher level of customer service.
