Mrs.Pickles 🥒 was very beautiful and insanely well educated in her profession. She deserves her own branch. I will definitely return next year. Good job H&R for hiring and training high caliber agents.

They are getting one star because Gloria was a nice and helpful human. I have nothing else positive to say as I worked with Rita. If you can avoid this office I would. The office manager doesn't even understand how to do her job. Told me that she could not get into more than one file and absolutely could not work in my husband's file and mine to make a joint return.
