I originally use Valerie, who is out for medical reasons so was told to use Karen and she is very unprofessional. she filed my taxes. There was a mistake. We had to fix it re-file and now I have money, going to a whole different direct deposit information and have to have it resubmitted and sent out again because she can’t listen and do a job she should know how to do, I was told that she was just as good as my original tax-pro but clearly is not if you want to go here I suggest you use Valerie if not, don’t waste your time.
