By far the worst experience Ive ever had out of any company. Generally if one bad thing happens its oh well but the smallest little mistake on their side has scaled out of control and no one wants to even help. All they needed to do was update the NAICS code that they entered wrong on my 1120 and file an amended return and apparently "no one knows how to do this" Its like going to an mechanic and they dont know how to change the air filter.
