Bad experience. No communication, no follow through. Took care of tax issues myself as H&R Block staff would not .

Katherine was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I previously used turbotax, which I just got fed up with- trying to figure out all of the forms and explanations for my wife and I. She was able to get me a much larger refund than I had anticipated. I was able to make an appointment and get in the same day, made doing taxes easy.
Linda at the Billings office is great. Thank you for your experience and knowledge with completing our taxes.
