By far one of the rudest reception workers we’ve EVER encountered. They call us THE DAY BEFORE our appointment stating that we booked the wrong kind of appointment after confirming with us TWICE, then tell us that we have 45 minutes to upload all of our documents or they will cancel the appointment. Mind you, this is while a storm system is actively moving through the area, traffic is horrific, and people are struggling to get home. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Filing taxes at this H&R makes tax season easy and with no stress.
