We really appreciate the time and information Sharon Ishii spends with my wife and I. I feel more at ease knowing if I die, Sharon has our tax information to review with and on behalf of my wife. I really appreciate how Sharon can input and update information especially in applying solar credits carryovers. My wife feels confident Sharon will be there to do our taxes especially if I die.
Over priced and the service was not good. It took them 15 min to complete everything, very skeptical about that, and they never asked me about what went on throughout the year for better results, they just entered my w-2s, asked if I was single and bam! All done...
