Took over an hour and the main lady was rude because of our complex situation. The tax advisor helping us was nice. Charged $470 to file joint federal and two state tax returns. Once we were told the price we declined to file through them and the main lady (supervisor) was pissed and made aure we were charged a $50 “consultation” fee even though they are not supposed to charge you unless you are seeking tax advice for business. We’ll stick with turbotax and save over $300.
