Dilrubah hawk is the worse tax pro agent I have ever experienced. I owe $25 to the state and a $900 refund from the Federal. She sent me an email to allow her to send my return and I tried to explain to her that after signing in that there was no confirmation message to allow her to do so. I only got 2 messages. First one saying thank you for blah blah blah then the next one was a payment link to the federal.
