I went to H&R Block to have my taxes prepared. The tax preparer I worked with was nice enough, but honestly a bit spacey. At the time I didn’t think much of it, but now I’m receiving notices from the IRS saying I owe over $6,000 for underpaid taxes — plus late fees. I reached out to H&R Block as soon as I got the notices. The original person who did my taxes wasn’t available, so they said someone else would review the issue. The employees are nasty and so rude never been to a place that treat elderlies so poorly it’s sickening do better!
My 70 year old grandmother worked here and was treated so poorly that she would come out of work crying, don’t give them service!
Ron Peacetree did our taxes. He was professional, funny, and did a great job. Will happily use him next year!
Considering we submitted our taxes close to the deadline, I am extremely pleased with the dedication shown. Dilsy went the extra mile to ensure our tax filing was fully examined. She even went above and beyond by re-examining our previous tax return. I am truly appreciative of her thorough and detailed work!
