They are known as a one-stop place for tax solutions. However, unfortunately, they told me someone would contact me, but I waited for their email for a few days, but all in vain.
I wish i had a better experience with H&R after WEEKS of failing to amend my taxes they screwed up in Feb! I now owe the state 7,700 dollars due to the mess up of H&R Block. My husband scheduled an appointment in the beginning of March, we spoke with Ray after days of Ray not able to correct the amendment. I called back for the supervisor who in fact never called back. Had an appointment at 11, waited until 11:40. Asked the receptionist when I would be seen, and turns out they didn’t even know I was there. Awesome. I usually do my own taxes, but went in because I had a new car and was unsure of how that would work with my taxes. I was transparent from the beginning of why I was there. As sweet as Mrs Sofia is as she calculated less than 2k for our tax return which didn’t add up to us. Luckily we went to other H&R Block location which calculated over 3 times more for our return with same paperwork. Make your research before committing
