They screw up your taxes then not help you! Say we will call you back and not call you back i can't file this year because I used them last year and now I stuck either paying them or someone else. If you want to like on your own never use them because you will be stuck. I not giving them 100 to file so I not going to be able to file this year because they are trying to force me to use them
Jonathan is the best! I've worked with him for 2 years now on my federal, state, and city taxes and he makes everything very quick and easy. He came very highly recommended from a close friend of mine and I see why! Also, it’s nice to able to have friendly conversations and get some laughs out during the tax filing process. Associate was 15 minutes late without an apology. Was told it was gonna be $35 to Prepare my taxes this year. But it was $305 when I checked out. Never coming back again. Telling all my friends about my bad experience!
