Will never use HR again, tried to make me pay almost 600 bucks just to file my taxes. Mind you I just work a normal job making less than 17 bucks an hour. Then tried to tell me I owed over a grand when again basic w2 worker here. I went somewhere else entirely once I saw that happen. Left and a local tax company. But don’t worry they have payment plans to pay what you supposed owe them to file the taxes all 600 bucks but why when you can go to a local person for 550 dollars less. Never go here. I had to submit my taxes three times and they refuse give me a refund. They are rude and it was a complete waste of time and money!
This will be my 3rd trip back. Will detail later. Still not resolved. Couldn't get it fixed by phone. can't get through by phone to IRS or h&r, as of yesterday. After spending over 3 hours on hold the IRS helped me with my taxes.
