I had to submit my taxes three times and they refuse give me a refund. They are rude and it was a complete waste of time and money!
This will be my 3rd trip back. Will detail later. Still not resolved. Couldn't get it fixed by phone. can't get through by phone to IRS or h&r, as of yesterday. After spending over 3 hours on hold the IRS helped me with my taxes.
