Lisa Cooke was not only quick but also very easy to talk with! Made something that usually is not enjoyable, a pleasure! Went so well I booked my date for next years taxes ahead of time for the first time ever!
Been doing taxes here with Donna the last 3 years and it has been a good experience. The manager of the office is a bit weird. She dresses like she is homeless and was vaping outside the store. Also made a weird comment about a trip i was taking.
