I referred a co-worker to this location and was never told that I needed a referral number for my co-worker. She provided my name, dob, and phone number. The people there did not tell her to have me get a referral number for their records and made it seem like that was all she needed. I called to ask about the referral and was told I should have done this and that first. The whole time my co-worker was sitting there, I could have done as asked, but nobody told us.
