I was completely at a loss of how to deal with my recently deceased Dad and was in a total panic. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful. The lady who worked with me, Susan, was awesome and really wonderful! I was so happy and relieved that my Mom and Stepdad want to do their taxes there from now on.
This was our first time needing help with tax prep and Cheryl Wells was so great. We had some challenging filing to be done and she made me feel so much better about it and did it without a complaint when she was clearly so swamped!
