The staff were was wonderfully helpful, friendly and professional. They were quite expeditious, considering that I was filing multiple returns. They all chipped in to get it all done. Great team work. No rivalry felt. Just a friendly professional environment. They were great when sorting out my student loan payments to various places and my out-of pocket school expenses. Even found that I had short-changed myself after performing a second look on my '09 taxes. Would recommend the two Pauline Ws and Harrison to anyone. :)
