If I could leave negative stars for the Thrashers Corner, Bothell WA location, I would. This is probably the worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. To make a long story short, they made a huge error on my 2023 taxes, resulting in me owing money to the IRS. I went to a different tax company for my 2024 taxes who advised me that H&R block missed a lot of different things that should've been obvious on my tax return for 2023.
