I had an appointment but could not make it. Went in to change appointment and was told that they could take care of me now. The receptionist was very friendly. My tax pro was a nice young man. He was very informative and friendly. Was in and out in about 40 minutes. Very happy with their service. Will be using them in the future 👍
The senior tax accountant is a complete blow hard. Talked about all the experience that he had. That we would get our tax return in the accumulated time. I filed my taxes with my husband in February. I have received two letters from the IRS stating that they're holding onto my tax return for 60 more days. This is ridiculous!!! I will never go back to this H&R Block.
