Knowledge is key and that is what Shawn brought to the table for us which truly put our minds at ease. Even made the experience pleasent and in a moment of stress and anxiety for us. She kept it light hearted as we were able to laugh and still walk us through what we were looking at. I have gone through H&R Block personally for many years and brought my spouse after we married but struggled to find someone who we were comfortable with. 10 out of 10 feel confident and will continue with Shawn!
