Terrible customer service! Ms. Gutierrez( if that was her actual office) was blah from the time we sat down. Body language was like she didn’t even want to perform the service. She was rude and condescending. I will definitely not be referring anyone else to that location and frankly H&R Block as a whole. That was it for them… never again
HUGE MISTAKE,My tax prep “Pro” MOHAMMAD IQBAL made a huge mistake. He put the incoming wire transfer number instead of the account number , so my refund was delayed by several weeks. Such a rookie mistake. If you decide to go to this office, DO NO LET MOHAMMAD IQBAL DO YOUR TAXES.
