Great experience
The tax preparers are always super friendly and patient. I appreciated Tatiana going above and beyond to make sure my return was correct. Giving the rating I am because the cost is absolutely ridiculous! I wish the cost was upfront and detailed, because I'm not sure why it would cost someone roughly 400.00 to have their taxes done. I'm not a business owner multi property owner or anything that would warrent that cost. My prep was a little more difficult for my preparer because this was her first year, but she handled it all ... read more
Absolutely terrible for business owners. The new owners have little to no clue what they are doing and messed up our businesses taxes beyond any acceptable or reasonable means. I have a laundry list of mistakes they made. Along with failure to communicate and making major financial mistakes and getting fined by the IRS due late filings. Right now we absolutely cannot recommend this location for anything beyond a basic tax return for an employed person.
