Absolutely amazing! Tammy and Rista got me caught up on a few years of taxes in less than a couple hours and went above and beyond making sure I understood what was in my personal best interest! Will be coming back next year for sure.
My 95 year old mother used H and R Block for her taxes, and in previous years was charge $95. Her return is quite simple, as her life is less than complicated, and has not changed at all this past year. This year the agency charged her $290 dollars for the same return, spending 15 minutes. Being 95 and on a fixed income, she was very upset. Be aware.
Let me just say I’m shocked this is a 4.9 rating business. Where do I begin the very first day that I was supposed to meet my rap Ben it was a Monday morning. My appointment was at 8:30. I showed up at 8:15. It was 845 and he still had not arrived. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The receptionist was just very odd. Barbara Jean is an amazing tax professional in this center! She is very thorough and explained everything throughout the process! She made the process very easy and I personally will continue to use her and recommend her to anyone who is looking for help with taxes as well!
