Messed up doing my taxes, had to consistently ask a coworker questions about my taxes and how to file even though its all information you should know. Then on top of all of this I never got my returns. I dont know what they did but they screwed me over extremely bad.

Got the worst refund I’ve ever got back people that I know that made less then me are getting more back on taxes then I am I asked about the Colorado resident refund she said there isn’t one when there is very disappointed and will never use them again
