Front desk receptionist or whatever she is was exceptionally rude. Doesn't greet people and when you ask her a question she seemed overly confused or just annoyed in general. Asked her to give an agent a packet of Information that he requested that I return and she ignored me. I didn't think she could be trusted with important financial information so I had to come back an hour later to speak with the agent in person. Perhaps train your front desk to actually do some work and basic customer service skills.

(((SCAM ALERT))) H&R Block is ripping the older generation off because they aren't computer savvy and do not know how to file online. My aunt and her friend were charged FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($250 each) for H&R Block to file simple federal and state income for the 2 of them. A couple of keystrokes on a keyboard and hitting enter costs $250 each!?! The whole process took what 15 minutes each?? Very angry at this location. Never received my return. I tried to contact who helped me, Robert, and he never got back to me. I emailed and left a message and nothing. Another location who did try to help me said to go to the irs website and try to find my return status but the website won’t let me past the first page. I have felt hopeless for two years knowing my well earned money is ‘out there’ and I can’t do anything about it. my preparer was to busy to pick up her phone and make a call to ask a question instead just assumed the answer and cost me extra days, time and money. Then got my id # wrong when filing. Thank the reviewer for catching the mistakes or my returns would have taken months.
