Very angry at this location. Never received my return. I tried to contact who helped me, Robert, and he never got back to me. I emailed and left a message and nothing. Another location who did try to help me said to go to the irs website and try to find my return status but the website won’t let me past the first page. I have felt hopeless for two years knowing my well earned money is ‘out there’ and I can’t do anything about it. my preparer was to busy to pick up her phone and make a call to ask a question instead just assumed the answer and cost me extra days, time and money. Then got my id # wrong when filing. Thank the reviewer for catching the mistakes or my returns would have taken months.
