Probably a fine place to go for basic taxes, but I needed assistance with amending a previous year and the associate I worked with (Star) was extremely rude and condescending. I had called the DOR beforehand to confirm all the forms needed, and I brought them to my appointment. I stated that I needed assistance filling them out and she told me “well did you even try to read them” and then proceeded to not help me at all.
