Once again, Gail Nolte of H&R Block did a great job on my taxes. She is so helpful, pleasant to speak to, accurate, and informed.
I will not be utilizing Michael again. His lack of experience and knowledge almost made me leave H&R Block completely. He initially told me that I owed 800 to state, because he didn’t know how to read my W2. After I looked at my check stubs and re-read my W-2, I found that to be untrue. I then went with somebody else who satisfactorily filed my taxes properly. I did get in contact with Star at the 92nd and Capital location and she was wonderful, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, which Michael could not.
