I called earlier to see if they can print my last years w2 they said yeah that they where just gonna charge me , i said that’s fine . When I get there Old big lady at the front desk was rude said that no she couldn’t do it that I would need an appointment just so they can print them out …. I came to another lo at and they where able to help me out with no issues . I don’t recommend this place

It felt as though I had to do much of the work myself rather than receiving proper assistance from the tax professional assigned to me.
