Charlieann Gula is the best! She is informative and helpful. She is so nice. Who knew taxes could be such a good positive experience?! This is our third year going to Charlieann at H&R Block and we will continue to always go there to see Charlieann.

I made an appointment online and arrived well before my slot, and my tax professional never showed up to work. I was offered to reschedule, but I declined and ended up doing my taxes myself.
