I could not be more disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism that was shown to me by this office. At the request of this office, I agreed to reschedule my appointment to a later date to accommodate them. When I arrived on time for my revised appointment, I was directed to wait to be called. After waiting quietly for 30 minutes, one of the tax preparers finally came forward, and a gentleman with an appointment time half an hour before mine (i.e. he had already been waiting an hour) was called.
