This place is a rip off. The H&R Block agent Mel Smith quoted me a fee of $275.00 which is very expensive for the amount of Social Security that I receive . Once I challenge her and question her then she brought the fee down to $199.00 which is the correct amount. But the fact still remains that if I didn’t question her unethical tactics I would have been over charged $275.00 . I refused do continue to do any type of business with her and anyone else who worked there. Makes me wonder how many other customers has been over ch... read more

Clean office, knowledgeable advisors. Cost is pricey though.
