Do not go here! Customer service is horrible. Money was not deducted on time. When we called and told them our concerns if the IRS would consider it late. Customer service told us "it's a very busy time. Don't worry about it." Well, a month after tax day is here, and the IRS sent a letter saying it wasn't paid on time. H&R Block is nothing but trouble.
She was professional, quick, smart & had a kind aura Got my taxes done again this year and as always the service was beyond excellent
