I've been very happy with the staff at H & R Block here in Oregon. They're efficient, friendly and accurate with my tax returns. I highly recommend them!
I’ve always had a great experience doing my taxes here. The service is professional, and everything is well explained. However, I think they should allocate more time to each customer. During my last appointment, I had to wait 25 minutes, and when I was leaving, there were still others waiting for the same tax professional.
Sadly, I have to leave a bad review and I don’t usually do that as I work in customer service and I realize things happen. So, my first appointment was rescheduled due to weather so I totally understood that. However, they automatically scheduled me for a time I couldn’t attend due to a work schedule so I rescheduled to a time that would work for me. Thank God for them, great place and great people. They always explain everything easily and give good advice. Never shall I seek the guidance from any other Tax wizard.
