This year why do they schedule appointments for a time they are not open. Last year we had an appointment but they didnt. Time to find someone else.
I don’t think this location knows what is going on anymore. We’ve used them the last two years and our experience continuously goes down hill. This year we’re finally over the incompetence. They can’t seem get appointment times right, they are dismissive of questions, and rude.
