I can not state enough how this location excelled in handling my complicated tax situation. An unifaliated location horrible messed up my taxes, submitted them without me present, and got my personal info wrong and told me to essentially figure it out. I called this location trying to get answers because I had never had issues before. Extremely overpriced my daughter was there with just a W-2 ended up costing her $265.00. Will never ever use their services again!!!!
I highly recommend Cathy Simmons! She was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful during my appointment. As a young adult this can be a stressful and difficult process to understand and she explained everything thoroughly! Thank you Cathy!

I usually use TurboTax but ran into an issue with them that I would no longer be using their services. I'd been dreading to do my taxes because to that experience and low and behold this was the best choice I could've made. Who would've guessed getting taxes done could be so easy. I had help from Cathy Simmons and I could not recommend her enough. She was pleasant to talk to, as well as informative. I will absolutely be coming here next year for the peace of mind.
