No knowledge of taxes on debt forgiveness. I could have done my own taxes and saved 200 dollars. I needed information instead I was told to call the IRS about my situation. Not to mention i waited 45 mins before seeing the person when i had a scheduled appointment.
H&R Block is terrible, it’s not this store just the company in genral. The app does not load at all using multiple WiFi connections on top of the fact they want you to do their job over the app and only txt for communication. Absolutely terrible will not ever use H&R Block again.
Still no refund & still no option to get the refund advance!! They're not trying to help, they won't offer advice. Filed all my stuff online with them and no option for refund advance popped up. I was going to do the free version but it would not let me, I was forced to sign up for the deluxe package.
