I really like h&r block it's easy work for me
I made an appointment for 10:00am with Julia who is supposed to be a Senior Tax Analyst. When I arrived I was told by Luana Brewer that it would be a 1 hour wait because Julia has another client and was double booked. I let Julia know that I was willing to wait and come back but wanted her to know my filing tax status at which point Luana interrupted with inaccurate information regarding my business entity.
