Fantastic customer service!
I have used HR block for years. Every year. This year was different. First off, I had to pay over $100 (I have always used the free version with no issues in the past) because I had to add a 1095. Then, my federal return kept getting denied over and over. I was on chat 2-3 times daily trying to figure this out. Every time I talked to a different person, I was told a different thing. I had to get an IP PIN, so I did. And it continued to reject it. I paid over $100 to have a "HR Tax Pro" tell me they could not figure it out so... read more
