Single mother here going through a divorce. I went here to have a neutral party do our taxes this year. I feel scammed so badly :/ there were so many add ons my tax prep that wasn’t explained to me at all ! I paid $555 for taxes! That’s right $555 for 1hr and 20 min tax prep. I am so disappointed. I will never trust HR block again.
Mark Short is the best!!! I’ve gone to him for over 3 years now and will control go him!!! He is so efficient and is absolutely the best!

I'm not going to put no names but for the first time going to that h&r block I'm very unhappy !!! about the service. I had a tax form that I forgot to file.i went back before the tax deadline to get it done and she told she would try to get it done before the deadline. I understand if it's late It's my fault it's late but she never filed it since when i dropped it off April and then I get a call last week that it wasn't filed and it's September 30 ALREADY !!!! WOW.
