I went to the Kenosha H&R block in Kenosha. The tax consultant I had was Sherry. Sherry was very nice to me in person. However, my girlfriend who had Sherry before me said she was not nice to her and was snippy because I was running late because I left work late. I do not want to work with someone who is like that to customers. It is rude. I would go back to this location but Sherry needs to be nicer to people.
Don’t go to this place they Their service sucks over $100 for just basic tax form and sell your information to marketing , Anything to make an extra dollar .
Single mother here going through a divorce. I went here to have a neutral party do our taxes this year. I feel scammed so badly :/ there were so many add ons my tax prep that wasn’t explained to me at all ! I paid $555 for taxes! That’s right $555 for 1hr and 20 min tax prep. I am so disappointed. I will never trust HR block again.
