Nancy did my taxes. She does not seem to be familiar with using the computer or printer, she was slow which I have lots of patience, so I was compassionate and kind. I just got a letter from the state that my taxes were filed wrong. And on top of all this, I paid $390 to get my taxes done by a professional. My taxes are simple and I usually use Turbo tax. Was just trying to boost the local economy by going to H&R block. I will not be a return customer.
Bad experience with Jim Chambers. The guy had many years of experience , yet spent almost 5 hours trying to do my taxes, being single, and no kids ,W2, very easy to do. I was hungry, it was Sunday my only day off and this location is far away so I was not able to spent time with my family . Did some mistakes, did not take the fee out of the refund, gave me papers covered with coffee stains and their printer was not working. I had been doing business with them for a while.
