I was on time, prepared, and ready for my appointment. The tax "professional", however, decided then was a good time to go pick up lunch. She asked me my name to confirm that i was her next appointment, said "okay, give me one minute".... my pregnant wife and I waited over a half hour while this lady went next door to Olga's to pick up lunch and also help another customer before even acknowledging us a second time. Josephine Watson is an AMAZING tax preparer. I’ll Never go to anyone else. She very thorough when dealing with her clients.
Disappointed I’ve always loved H&R Block but be careful this year with your taxes, theirs a lot of scams going on and they aren’t doing anything about it
