Thursday April 2nd 2026 entered the H&R Block receptionist was deeply playing poker in her phone took some time to answer my questions about tax services through h&r Block unhelpful personally I would have terminated her just for not greeting or helping out a paying customer to be honest she didn't want to be bothered with anything just her phone definitely a reprimanded is due or terminated even the client after me agreed totally unprofessional and totally unprepared for questions she shouldn't have been there
You can make an appointment or walk in (usually), to get your taxes done. A little pricey but you're taxes will definitely be done the correct way.
Very helpful & caring and was able to answer all of my concerns.
