The people working there are always very nice, although slow. I like to have my taxes done for me to ensure they’re correct. Me, being the dummy I am, keep coming here every year and end up doing a lot of work when I’m done because “the person who did it last year didn’t know what they were doing or made a mistake”. Despite tax default a happy returning always
Worst tax preparation experience of my life. They rushed the whole process, and got me 3k dollars less than my average returns. And no, I have not changed tax brackets, nor is my annual salary changed drastically. Never using H&R Block again. Lady asked for my direct deposit information, then I get an email saying my refund is going to be loaded to some pre paid card in the mail. This has to be joke, I'm furious with these people.
