Alicia was very helpful and helped us catch up on 3 years of taxes including the purchase of a house and sale of another one. Some other team members helped with some things as well. Thank you so much!

Man, I just called this location thinking it was the one across from base and the woman working The front desk was extremely rude. It takes five seconds to pull up my account and see who’s worked or helped us for many previous years or at least just be respectful while I’m trying to figure it out over the phone (since she wasn’t willing to do her job) this woman should not be working Customer Service. She is so unprofessional and disrespectful…. Hire someone else to do it, it’s not difficult.
