14+ year tax expert Apparently doesn't know what a form 4852 (w2 substitute) is. Refused to help us file. Wouldn't help us file for an extension.
I highly recommend PJ at H&R block in Bowling Green to prepare your taxes. She is a true expert in her profession. All of the staff was so kind and friendly, including Dorothy, Kylie and Trey.
