I wish I had gotten her name but she was so helpful with my concerns of being scammed. She sits in the first booth on the left. I was concerned about being scammed because I completed my taxes myself with the online software. After I was through, I had gotten an email stating that I needed to call to verify my information. I’ve used the online software for 4 years and never had to do that before. I googled the number and it stated it’s a scam likely number. So I didn’t call.
