This is a very unprofessional office. They canceled our appointment we had set for over 3 weeks, 6hrs before appointment time, when I asked for any date before tax day they didn't know when tax day was I had to tell her before the 14th, and then had no other options for us because other times slots are booked. Thanks H&R Block of Pontiac now we have to scrabble to find some one who is not booked solid three weeks before tax dead line.
Went for the 3rd time... 1st time went well.... 2nd time they messed us up and the 3rd time they messed up... we are done... I will not go back to Pontiac...
Only open on Thursdays and it's usually a month wait to get an appointment
Great experience with H&R Block. Donna did an awesome job preparing taxes.
