DO NOT go to this place, it's a WASTE of your time, just use the H&R software. I went there 3 weeks before Apr 15th, first, William King said he could finish my return in a few days, well, I waited over a week, and the message I got back was that he was busy with other people's return, so I waited again, which is a mistake. Three days before the deadline, I reached out to him again, and he said he still needed more time!
