DO NOT WORK WITH BARBARA! I came in a few days ago due to being a few years behind on taxes. Upon entering the building I was greeted by a blonde haired older woman who could not care less about my situation. When I told her my current tax situation she scoffed and asked why i hadn't filed my taxes for those years, as if that's any of her business unless she planned on helping me, which I could tell she had no interest in.
