I set an appointment up for my mother to have a tax professional discuss her taxes as well as the taxes my deceased father may owe. My appointment was scheduled for 6pm with David Spalty. When we walked in, the secretary was extremely professional and nice and asked us a few questions before going to get David for us. I've been coming in for many years to get my taxes done, and I've always had a great experience with Aparna. She's knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.
Terrible decision to come to this location. The tax preparer was very unprofessional and Inexperienced. I had most of my documents in my phone but she didn’t know how to upload or use them toward my taxes. Cheyenne Hiebert will not be doing my taxes do to lack of customer service knowledge experience & listening skills. H&R Block could’ve had a new customer with 4 referrals references behind me.
